COO / Operations Lead

An early COO who wants ownership, not just a title.
You’ll own: Operating rhythm and KPIs, Al Quoz operations, cohort intake, and partner, vendor and compliance coordination. The Community Manager reports to you.
You bring: 7+ years in operations, including startup, accelerator or coworking leadership; UAE business know-how; a data-driven, AI-comfortable approach.

Community & Front-Desk Manager

Be the first face of a founder community, and share in its upside.
You’ll own: The front desk, the space, member onboarding, office-hour bookings, and events that turn founders into a community.
You bring: 2–4 years in community, coworking, hospitality or events; warm, organised, great English (Arabic or Hindi a plus).

Senior Full-Stack Developer

Founding-level tech ownership, with founding-level equity upside.
You’ll own: Take over a live platform (Postgres, TypeScript, web and mobile, AI assistants on web, WhatsApp and phone). Make it secure and scalable, then ship paid tiers, team access and founder scoring.
You bring: 6+ years full-stack with Postgres, production AI features with cost control, end-to-end ownership. Tell us if you want a CTO track or a senior IC role.
