Is Startup Roof free?
Yes. Startup Roof is free forever for every founder. Premium is optional.
What is the Premium launch bonus?
Join before 31 Dec 2026 and the rest of 2026 is free as a bonus.
How much does Premium cost?
Launch price AED 500 / AED 2,000 a year (standard price from 1 Jan 2027 Standard price from 1 Jan 2027: AED 1,000 / Standard price from 1 Jan 2027: AED 4,000) for members who join by 31 Dec 2026, locked for 12 months. Join before 31 Dec 2026 and the rest of 2026 is free as a bonus. See /pricing for what each plan includes.
Can I buy Premium now?
Yes. Pick a plan on the pricing page and pay by card through our secure checkout. If you join before 31 Dec 2026, you pay nothing today and your first payment is on 1 January 2027. You can cancel any time before then by contacting us at hello@startuproof.com or on WhatsApp +1 (647) 559-9949.
Do I need a UAE company to join?
No. You can join with just an idea. Every sector is welcome and funding is optional.

Founders, would-be founders, investors, partners, service providers, mentors and students.
Is the assistant’s answer professional advice?
No. Answers are general information to help you prepare. For legal, tax or financial decisions, speak to a qualified professional.
Does Startup Roof invest in startups?
No. Startup Roof gives information and readiness tools only. It gives no investment advice, does not arrange deals and does not handle money.
Is funding guaranteed?
No. Funding is never guaranteed, and funding is optional for using Startup Roof.
Can I talk to a person?
Yes. On WhatsApp type “human”, or use the contact page or email hello@startuproof.com.
How do I start on WhatsApp?
Send “Hi” to Startup Roof on WhatsApp at +1 (647) 559-9949, then reply with a number to pick your role.
How do I change my WhatsApp role?
Type “reset”. Your role and chat memory are cleared and the role menu appears again.
My WhatsApp code didn’t arrive
Wait a minute and check your spam folder, then reply with your email again. Codes expire after a short time.
Do I have to link my account on WhatsApp?
No. Reply “skip” and ask general questions. Linking lets the assistant help with your own account details.
Can I use voice?
Voice is coming soon. For now, type your question in English, Hindi or Hinglish, or send a photo.
Which languages work?
English, Hindi and Hinglish, written or spoken.
How long are chats kept?
Free plan: 90 days after your last chat. Paid plan: up to 365 days from the day you became a paid member.
How do I delete my data?
On WhatsApp type “delete my data” or “forget me”. For your account, use Settings or email hello@startuproof.com.
Is my profile public?
No. Your public profile and showcase are off until you switch them on, and you can switch them off any time.
Who sees my company details?
Only you, and team members you give access to. Each sensitive field has its own visibility setting.
Are introductions automatic?
No. Introductions in the Founder Network need consent from both sides.
Are partner perks guaranteed?
Each provider sets its own terms and eligibility. Check the offer on the provider’s site.
Why do I see a daily limit?
To keep the assistant fast and free for everyone, there are daily limits on AI questions and tools. They reset daily.

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the link we email you.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The website and Founder OS are designed for phones first, and the assistant works on WhatsApp.
Where do events and grants come from?
From each organiser’s official page. Listings link to the source.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Use Startup Roof in your browser or on WhatsApp.
