How long chats are kept and how to delete them.
Step 1: How long chats are kept
On the free plan, chats are kept for 90 days after your last chat. On a paid plan, they are kept for up to 365 days from the day you became a paid member. Then they are deleted automatically.
Step 2: Delete any time
On WhatsApp type delete my data. For your account data, use Settings or email hello@startuproof.com.
Step 3: Company memory is different
Company memory is the business information you choose to save for AI tools. Edit or clear it in Founder OS.
