Who it is for
Full-time founders past validation, ready to commit to structured weekly milestones on site.
What residents get
Workspace, assigned mentors, service partner support, investor introductions and portfolio-level reporting.
How selection works
Application → screening → interview → decision. Places are limited and admissions are per-cohort.
Service-equity, never a public offer
An indicative service-equity model in the range of 5–10% may be discussed for selected residents. This is not an open offer: any equity arrangement is negotiated individually, documented in separate agreements, and subject to independent legal review on both sides. Membership purchases are never securities and never investments.
